A Fun Friday!

Sarah and I took the kiddos to the Jasmine Moran Children's Museum in Seminole, OK! We had such a fun day! There was so much for the kids to do and play with; we did not even get to see it all in the short three hours we spent at the museum.

Stone could have stayed in teh cockpit of the plane all day if I would have let him... I was ready to move on after the annoying tween volunteer kept coming in talk to his imaginary "puppet"!
The next stop after the plane was the mechanic shop! The kids got to try their hand at changing tires, adding coolant and sliding under the car to fix the muffler!

Stone was not too keen on the art station but I was having too much fun with the paint that I made him stay and make a picture... his face just screams the injustice he felt!
Homeland was kept true to their high prices... a box of Caprisun was $3.00!
Stone enjoyed working the register!
Bubbles, bubbles and more bubbles! Whoever invented bubbles was genius! They are so fun!
A big bulk of the time in the fire station area was spent on the fire truck!
The three amigos!
Since it was such a beautiful day we got to play out side for a while! Piper and Stone enjoyed hanging upside down on the pirate ship!
They also had a life size maze! I am so glad noone was there because the kids kept running in circles... thankfully they were little enough to climb under the fence to get out!
A great picture of the little ones... love that it captures the blue sky and the winds of Oklahoma blowing!
Water Works... Stone is like a moth to the flame when it comes to water! He could have stayed there all day... thankfully I could bribe him away with a snack bar microwaved lunch! !
After lunch was potty break... of course after potty you must wash hands! Why is everyone clapping and touching their nose and not washing their hands???

We ended the day with a train ride! It was nice... we were the only ones on the train other than the conductor and the direction lady!

We had a great time and were blessed with nice weather and happy children! This place is definitely on the list as a return to in the near future... 1 hour really is not too far to drive for a day of fun!

Halloween Party

Stone wanted to host a halloween party at our house for a few of his friends. He invited Joe, Jake, Aedan, Kyla and Freedom! Some came in costume and some came as themselves. We had so much fun painting pumpkins and eating Mummy Dogs!

The Mummy Dogs! I think the adults liked them better then the kiddos!
Kyla really got into painting her pumpkin!
Peter Pan even came to join in on the fun as well!
Courage, the little cowgirl, got to put her fingerprints all over the pumpkin!
Jake the puppy showing off his artistic work!
Stone and Aedan hanging out and playing in Stones room... They are good buds and we are blessed for the boys to go to church and school together!
Stone and Freedom! Kind of scary with them both wielding weapons!
Stone's pumpkin... I really like how they turned out. I am so glad I opted for the fake pumpkins from Hobby Lobby, this way we can have it for many years and not worry about it rotting!

Pumpkin Patch Fun

One beautiful saturday in October we headed to the pumpkin patch with the Chan family!
The boys had a blast running, climbing and jumping! Little Courage loved seeing everything from her Daddy's shoulders!

Here is Stone with his pumpkin he choose soon after we arrived... we had to "hide" in under a wheel to insure it would it would still be there at the end of the day!

Stone got to drive a huge tractor... watch out FFA!
Stone tried his arm at some rings to hook a horn...
Ready
Set
GO!
Hooked it!
Lazing around on the hammock! A perfect way to enjoy the view!
Stone and Freedom loved climbing in the trees and on all the old tree trunks... these kids are 100% boy!
Happy Fall from the Lj's!
