Yesterday, we decided to head to Mitch Park to see a lighted-Kite show. We arrived a little early to enjoy a McDonalds picnic and play.
You can see the kites in the background... it was really cool they would go all over the place in unison. It was a really neat how they flew them but as you can see Stone enjoyed playing on the equipment more!
I enjoyed watching the sunset...the sky in Oklahoma is so amazing!

The kites were pretty cool but I think maybe we have been spoiled living in Japan because Lj and I both had different expectations of what a lighted- kite festival was.

It is great to catch up with your lives! I didn't know you had started using this blog again, Kari. Loved all the pictures. Stone is getting so big and he is still as cute as ever, but now in a "big boy" way. Sure do miss you guys! Love, Laura
